McKinney Event Information
If you did NOT fill out an app at the event, you will need to provide that information now before we can pay you out.
We must have this information on file.
We will need your address, a payout method with the tag name and your social.
We must receive this prior to your payment going out.
Anyone making over $600 at this event will receive a 1099 in January.
Fill form out completely and then hit send message and it will be emailed to us.
